History of Voyage

Pastor Brent Wagner recognized a need in Fountain Valley/Huntington Beach for a new church that would reach out to the community and teach God’s Word verse by verse. He founded Voyage Calvary Chapel as he realized that God often uses a new work to reach new people. With passion and excitement, Voyage Calvary Chapel was launched to touch the lives of ordinary people like ourselves, with common struggles and pain, seeking to navigate through life successfully .  We believe we can offer hope to those living in our community, with straightforward and practical navigational tools to manage life.

Currently meeting in rented facilities in Fountain Valley , Voyage Calvary Chapel has a heart to be relational. When visiting our church, we want people to feel loved and accepted. We believe God has given us compassion for our community that flows out of His mercy and compassion for us.  We invite our community to join us in an incredible voyage of discovering God’s Word and it’s application to life issues so we can live a puposeful, meaningful life.
